ARPA Upper Lateral Replacement Project - CWL004

Project Description: Replacement of existing sanitary sewer upper lateral replacement by pipe bursting including CCTV investigation, installation of various appurtenances (District Cleanout, Twoway Cleanout, Sewer Backflow, etc), excavation, concrete replacement, and repair of surface improvements. The Project also includes sawcutting, trenching, and sanitary sewer lower lateral replacement.
